Tung Ma To

Tung Ma To (東馬肚坑 – East Horse Belly stream) South tributary is a spectacular difficult jungle stream connecting with the Hunch Backs.

Fa Tam 花潭 stream

Fa Tam (花潭石澗 flower pond) is a cute easy-ish stream. Good to test newbies; with incremental difficulty, several early exits, and nice waterfalls and pools midway.

Long Ke coasteering

Relatively protected Bay that allows you to see some of the geopark features and caves without the possible big waves or high scrambles of the East Dam route.

Qiu Feng Stream

Qiu Feng stream(秋楓石澗) is a cute easy one that can be hiked on its own upwards or as an end of a long day starting on Double Deer or Tin Mei streams.

Flying Phoenix & Dragon streams

Twin streams in Saikung country park. Dry in cooler months, really pretty after several days of rain. Climbable in hardcore or easy ways.

Sharp Island coasteering

An easily accessible cute little island in Saikung. A tombolo, little hiking, and a short coasteering route good for beginners on a calm day.

Ma Sai stream

One of those streams that looked promising on the map but was not fun overall. Be careful if heading here.

Sai Kung East

Sai Kung East country park has some of the best beaches in Hong Kong + Sharp Peak + some interesting bush walk and coasteering.

Grass Island coasteering

Grass Island is well-known for its gentle undulating paths surrounded by grass and cows. This time coasteering it.
