Hiking, running, swimming every bit of Hong Kong

Tag GeoPark

Ninepin Islands

Hexagonal columns, archways, tunnels, corals, clean water, a white sand beach. Near perfect coasteering destination but for the logistics and swim distance.

Cheung Ngam Wan

Another short coasteering route, around Long Ke in Sai Kung. You could combine it with the previous one for a long day with nice views all around.

Long Ke coasteering

Relatively protected Bay that allows you to see some of the geopark features and caves without the possible big waves or high scrambles of the East Dam route.

East dam coasteering

Some of the most spectacular Hong Kong coastal scenery, with huge volcanic rock structures, caves, and frequently nice water where to swim.

Sharp Island coasteering

An easily accessible cute little island in Saikung. A tombolo, little hiking, and a short coasteering route good for beginners on a calm day.

Basalt island coasteering

Next to Bluff island you can find another premium coasteering spot whose highlight is a 30 meters arch to swim through.

Bluff island North

Bluff Island is a good spot for anchoring a “boat party”. A nice beach, water, corals, and fun short coasteering.
