Hiking, running, swimming every bit of Hong Kong

Cheung Chau North

Cheung Chau offers a picturesque coastline perfect for coasteering. The North section is an intermediate route with nice scrambling.

Rock & rocks

There are tons of named rocks in Hong Kong. I will try to keep on adding here those I have visited for those looking for the Instagram pic šŸ˜›

Koh Lipe

White sand beaches, crystalline water, good snorkeling and a fun coasteering route in the Southernmost islands in Thailand.

Ling Ngau stream

Have you checked the other streams in the Badlands? Then go and try the third (and fourth) one. Not as fun but an interesting route anyhow.

Cheung Chau SW

Cheung Chau offers a picturesque coastline perfect for coasteering. In addition South West section is relatively easy.

Abandoned villages

There are a lot of abandoned buildings all around Hong Kong hills. Testament of the old ages and nature’s power, conquering back its territory.

Utah Canyons

Grand Canyon might be the best-known canyon in the USA but that doesn’t mean it is the only one, nor the most spectacular.

Jeju island

Several airlines in Hong Kong have direct flights to this very interesting volcanic island in the South of Korea. Perfect for short outdoorsy holidays.

Backpacking/camping

I have never been a big fan of camping. In Hong Kong distances are short enough that day hikes/runs are a better option for me. But sometimes it’s fun.
