Wu Ying Pai 烏蠅排 are two islets semi connected by a short tombolo just in front of Disney. Very cute & photogenic, mainly with a drone.
- Beauty/fun: 3.5/10 the window rock is very peculiar, nice sand, cute. Extremely small.
- Difficulty (check this link if new here, this is not your standard HK hiking web): 2/10 swim 450mx2 or kayak from Peng Chau or other locations. Just a couple of mini scrambles if you want to go to the top of the window and the rock further East. Protected from swell and most wind waves. Beware of the small boats and the waves from the ferries.

Disney MTR station. I walked to the promenade, turned West and in no time I could already see the islets. Get all my gear ready (bright colored cap, buoy, etc) & swimming time. Video of the couple of hours outing.
You can see the islets clearly in the Satellite image.
That pic and when I was there approx getting towards low tide. Drone footage on high tide.
After checking it all calmly I swam back to the promenade and from there easy coasteering (several sections jogging) to D-Bay from where I took the bus. You could do it even shorter by going back to the starting point. In my case, after the islets I swam + fast coasteered back to Discovery Bay (this route reverse). You could also add the islets to the other Disney coasteering route clockwise.
Everything you should know before open water swimming and coasteering.
