Hiking, running, swimming every bit of Hong Kong

Wo Yeung stream

Low flow stream with dense vegetation which improves the higher & higher you go. Ending with nice waterfalls and within a rock forest.

Organ creek

Low flow stream with dense vegetation just interesting in the lower part. At the bottom volcanic columns that look like a church organ.

White Waterfall

Lau Pak Sui (流白水) is a 60-80m concatenation of waterfalls. A beauty that requires good weather conditions + coasteering & bushwalking.

Tung Sam Kei

A piece of coastline absolutely only recommended for those who want to check it ALL 🙋‍♂️😅 Saikung clear water and a little more here.

Ko Lau Wan East

A mixture of pretty rocks, short nice scrambling, and long pebble sections. Extra fun if you are ready to go long including Wong Mau Chau.

Gorbea/Anboto/Alluitz

Three mountains in Bizkaia. Fun trail run, steep hikes and a bit of scrambling. Remembering my first hikes & camps.

Bibliography

Here quite some of the books and webs I have referenced in various posts and we have talked about in our long chatty outings.

Beacon Hill

Various short outings including a climbing crag, a bit of scrambling, a gully, WW2 tunnels, bamboo forests, nice views of the city & more.

Ha Kung Hang

蝦公坑 (Shrimp Stream) is a cute, small, & easy stream meanwhile you exit it halfway through. For those looking for less hiked routes.
