Hiking, running, swimming every bit of Hong Kong

Category Coasteering

Disney coasteering

An easy route full of beaches, varied rock formations, and colors, but full of plastics and not so clean water frequently. Good for beginners.

Long Ke Wan West

A back up short coasteering if the sea conditions are not at their best around. Allows you to enjoy some of the views ending on a nice beach.

Clear Water Bay

Fun caves, good scrambling walls, relatively clear water, quite some fishes & green egg island around the Clear Water Bay Headland.

Trio Beach

An easy route full of cliff-jumping opportunities, clean water, beaches, and varied rock formations and colors. Good for beginners.

Kat O – Crescent

Exploring further the remote islands on the North of Hong Kong. Cute and relatively easy if you are ready for long swims or have a support boat.

Tung Lung Chau West

Even if it is not as spectacular as the East coast this is a fun & significantly easier route full of beautiful cliffs, deep caves & clear water to jump into.

Ninepin Islands

Hexagonal columns, archways, tunnels, corals, clean water, a white sand beach. Near perfect coasteering destination but for the logistics and swim distance.

Shelter island

Small island in the way to Saikung that requires swimming or kayaking there. Nice rock formations with varied terrain, including high cliffs and flat coral areas.

Cheung Chau East

The Eastern shoreline of Cheung Chau is by far the most technical. Similar rock formations to the rest of the island with the added difficulty “fun” bonus.
